Golden Bermuda Group officially signs deal to acquire Handsome Fitness Center

Golden Bermuda Group (GBG) has officially acquired a majority stake in the rapidly growing Handsome Fitness Center (HFC), securing 90% ownership through its newly incorporated company, Pluto For Two Co., Ltd. This strategic acquisition marks GBG’s expansion into the hospitality sector, backed by an experienced team specializing in both fitness and hospitality management.

The deal was officially signed on March 15, 2025, and GBG is eager to work closely with Mr. Neal and Khun Anne to further elevate Handsome Fitness, building on its successful legacy and pushing the gym to new heights.
