A Plus Cordyceps Co., Ltd. is acquired by Mr Chanon Vanichvarakij and renamed to Golden Bermuda Group Co., Ltd. for the purpose of investment holdings
In November 2024, Mr Chanon Vanichvarakij, Deputy General Manager of plastics and chemicals group Pan-Cosmo Group (Cosmo Acrylics Co., Ltd. and Pan Asia Industrial Co., Ltd.) acquired A Plus Cordyceps Co., Ltd. alongside a group of promising shareholders
The business was renamed to Golden Bermuda Group Co., Ltd. and the business was changed to a holdings company to reflect the new management vision for diverse multi-industry investments
The company closed its first deal in late December 2024, partnering with A2D Ventures, an angel investing platform, to set up an SPV for the purpose of investment in Kyberlife.
Kyberlife is Asia's largest Life-Science and Healthcare marketplace, connecting buyers and sellers for medicinal equipment and biotechnology. This marks GBG’s first step forward in its venture capital and investment holdings business - with an excellent deal to close 2024 as a year to remember
