Golden Bermuda Group sets up Pluto For Two Co., Ltd.

Golden Bermuda Group sets up subsidiary company (65% owned by GBG) Pluto For Two Co., Ltd. to operate the hospitality, wellness and food related businesses. PF2 will operate Handsome Fitness Center in Chiang Mai - a premier fitness center and gym acquired by GBG in early March

PF2 will also manage future business operations in Chiang Mai, including hotel and hospitality business and food and restaurant business
